Admin and Liaison Staff

Your role
As an admin and liaison staff, you are expected to coordinate closely with our accounting team for their government coordination requirements. Your role includes:
- Running errands with different government agencies (e.g., BIR, SEC, city halls), clients, and other internal administrative errands
- Encoding of data and writing of receipts, invoices, and other documents, for us or on behalf of our clients
- Coordination with government agencies for requirements, updates, and other communications
- Processing of payments with different government agencies and other suppliers
- Day to day cleaning of office
What we look for
The following are the qualifications that we are looking for our admin and liaison staff:
- Must be willing to report to office based in Poblacion, Makati City on a daily basis
- Must be well organized and able to communicate well
- Preferably have working experience in an accounting or law firm or academic background in accounting and allied courses
- Ideally have experience working with different government agencies in processing company registrations, payment of government contributions (i.e., SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-ibig), and other similar tasks
- Ideally knows how to drive a car with license
- Willing to undertake over time work during peak seasons

- Salary ranging from Php16,500 to Php20,000 per month
