Job Title: Liaison Officer
Location: Riza Subdivision Phase 3 San Mateo Rizal
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Office Manager / Project Manager
Job Summary:
The Liaison Officer is responsible for handling company-related transactions, permits, and document processing with government and private offices. The role also provides general administrative and logistical support to the office and project teams.
This position requires a reliable individual with a motorcycle, capable of performing errands efficiently and representing the company in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and follow up on permits, licenses, and documents with LGUs, government agencies (e.g., City Hall, Building Permits, etc.), and other institutions.
- Handle deliveries and pickups of documents, materials, and payments as instructed.
- Provide support to office operations, including filing, photocopying, purchasing supplies, and assisting staff with administrative tasks.
- Ensure all company documents and transactions are properly recorded and filed.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and project sites for document submission and logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all company dealings.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a motorcycle
- Preferably 1 year of experience as liaison or messenger (construction experience is an advantage)
- Familiar with local government offices and basic documentation procedures
- TRUSTWORTHY, organized, and can work with minimal supervision
- Flexible, reliable, and willing to do fieldwork and office errands
Additional Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (or as required by project operations)
- Allowance: Gas allowance provided
- Work Location: Office based
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php12, Php14,000.00 per month
