Job Responsibilities

  • To liaise with government agencies/employees/evaluators with respect to the application and processing of permits and licenses for each project.
  • To prepare the needed forms and attachments for filing with the concerned government agencies.
  • To monitor the required submissions/compliances of the assigned project, request the needed budget for the timely release of permits and licenses, and report the results to the Technical Services Manager.
  • To process title transfers for projects and individual buyers.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience as Liaison/Technical Admin or Technical Documentation or Technical Service from real estate company.
  • With good understanding of the permits/licenses application process
  • Has contact persons in various government agencies.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Good negotiation skills, analytical and time management skills.
  • Highly organized and keen to details.
  • Willing to report in Makati City.
