Job Description:
Join our growing #SOSciety as one of our US Healthcare Representatives supporting our US-based healthcare providers and clinics.
What You'll Do:
- Support US healthcare providers and clinics
- Handle interactions and general correspondence efficiently
- Perform tasks aligned with the specific requirements and protocols of our US-based clientele (HIPAA)
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in the BPO industry
- Prior experience in healthcare is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work within the business hours of our US-based clients
