POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for steering an accommodation establishment toward operational harmony and sustained profitability, this role combines oversight of multiple service divisions, financial navigation, and team coordination. The position ensures that guests, systems, and standards align seamlessly within brand and business expectations while nurturing a results-focused environment.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

Daily Operations Supervision


• Manages cross-departmental functions covering reception flow, room upkeep, dining operations, and facility upkeep.


• Monitors service readiness, hygiene quality, and guest-handling practices.


• Resolves guest matters with professional discretion and service recovery strategies.

Fiscal Governance & Performance Tracking


• Constructs, maintains, and reviews operating budgets and cost projections.


• Analyzes room yield metrics and financial ratios related to occupancy and rate performance.


• Integrates sales efforts with pricing and promotional tactics to enhance booking volume.


• Controls expenditure without compromising quality benchmarks.

Team Oversight & Development


• Provides direction to supervisors and ensures alignment of departmental goals.


• Drives morale through feedback sessions, mentoring, and recognition initiatives.


• Coordinates with HR on manpower sourcing, evaluation, and succession planning.

Guest Relations & Brand Delivery


• Maintains brand integrity through consistent service experiences.


• Promotes continuous enhancement of guest satisfaction metrics.


• Assures that quality audits and review responses reflect company values.

Compliance & Reporting Structure


• Guarantees adherence to safety, security, and operational guidelines.


• Prepares recurring management summaries and performance analytics.


• Standardizes procedures across units for operational uniformity.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND


• Degree in business, hospitality, or an allied discipline preferred.


• Experience in operational supervision within hotels or service-oriented settings.


• Demonstrated competency in cost management, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.


• Excellent people-handling and communication capabilities.


• Familiar with management technology platforms used in hospitality.
