  • Manage and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance management role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
  • Proficient in the use of financial and accounting software, such as ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
