Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Night Manager. The Night Manager will oversee evening operations, ensuring smooth hotel activities and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing guest inquiries, maintaining safety and security standards, coordinating with other departments, and addressing any operational issues. The role requires strong problem-solving and organizational abilities to deliver exceptional service during the night shift.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and staff supervision skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities to address guest inquiries and resolve concerns
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution
  • Time management and organizational skills to ensure night operations run seamlessly
  • Experience in hotel operations, hospitality, or a related field is highly beneficial
  • Working knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline is preferred
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
