Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Hotel Manager located in Manila. The Finance Hotel Manager will oversee the financial operations of the hotel, including developing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves managing hotel revenue, monitoring expenditures, and collaborating with various departments to optimize financial efficiency. Additional responsibilities include interacting with guests to address financial inquiries and supporting customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills to ensure client satisfaction and a positive guest experience
  • Proven proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for efficient hotel operations
  • Experience in Sales, with a focus on enhancing revenue and profitability
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations to manage and oversee service standards effectively
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in financial software systems and reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field
  • Previous experience in hotel management or financial management in the hospitality industry is a significant advantage
