About the role

Hotel Sogo is seeking a talented and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Hotel Sogo in Manila City Metro Manila. As a full-time Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our hotel. This is a crucial role that contributes directly to the overall success and growth of our hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and lead the hotel team, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff, to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee all hotel operations, including room reservations, customer relations, budgeting, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Monitor hotel performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar senior hospitality management role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and strategic planning
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with guests and staff
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
  • Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
