Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement human capital strategies that align with the bank's business objectives and regional priorities.
 - Drive workforce capability planning, ensuring the organisation is equipped to meet future skill and leadership demands.
 - Support succession planning and leadership development frameworks for critical roles across APAC.
 - Lead and execute people-related governance, policy reviews, and transformation initiatives.
 - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and HR specialists to ensure consistent and effective delivery of human capital programs.
 
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
 - Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in human capital, talent management, or HR strategy, ideally within financial services.
 - Strong background in workforce planning, organisational design, and leadership development.
 - Sound knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and regional HR practices.
 - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with a strategic and solutions-driven mindset.
