Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement human capital strategies that align with the bank's business objectives and regional priorities.
  • Drive workforce capability planning, ensuring the organisation is equipped to meet future skill and leadership demands.
  • Support succession planning and leadership development frameworks for critical roles across APAC.
  • Lead and execute people-related governance, policy reviews, and transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and HR specialists to ensure consistent and effective delivery of human capital programs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in human capital, talent management, or HR strategy, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong background in workforce planning, organisational design, and leadership development.
  • Sound knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and regional HR practices.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with a strategic and solutions-driven mindset.
