REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR-related works
  • Interviewing skills
  • Computer literate
  • Strong analytical and good communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Weekly monitoring and updating of incoming applicants
  • Facilitates in the implementation of standard hiring procedures (e.g., administer tests, interview qualified applicants, curate hiring documentation)
  • Publish job vacancy advertisements
  • In charge in conducting company orientation for newly hired employees
  • Assist in Personnel documentation, Notice of Personnel Action (NPA)/Personnel Action Form (PAF) preparation for regularization, transfers and promotions
  • Organize HR-initiated events (hosting skill is a plus)
