Job Summary

The Nurse/HR Assistant is responsible for developing, managing, and evaluating health services, programs, and policies that promote employee well-being and prevent work-related injuries and illnesses. This role also provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assess and provide immediate care to employees who are injured or become ill at work.
  • Maintain and monitor first aid kits, ensuring adequate supplies and unexpired medicines.
  • Investigate causes of common workplace injuries and collaborate with employees to promote health awareness through campaigns, materials, and programs aligned with the company's safety initiatives.
  • File accident and sickness claims of employees.
  • Document and prepare accident and incident reports.
  • Assist the contracted medical team during employees' Annual Physical Examination.
  • Conduct and coordinate first aid and occupational health and safety (OHS) training for employees.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee health records.
  • Prepare and file Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) memos and maintain related records.
  • Assist in daily Human Resources administrative functions and related tasks.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Education: Licensed Registered Nurse or similarly qualified health professional

Work Experience: Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in a related field

Male or Female, No age limit

Skills:

  • Proficient in first aid and basic life support
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in basic computer operations

Location: Tugbok, Davao City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Nursing: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • PRC License (Preferred)
