About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing Sales and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to help build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline. This position requires excellent research abilities, strong communication skills, proficiency in CRM tools, and the ability to engage effectively with prospects across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through online databases, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
- Develop and implement targeted lead generation strategies to attract qualified prospects.
- Manage and maintain accurate lead data within CRM systems.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and hand off high-quality opportunities to the sales team.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate interest and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach activities with broader campaign goals.
- Track, analyze, and report key lead generation metrics to evaluate performance and optimize results.
- Continuously refine outreach and lead qualification strategies to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development.
- Strong understanding of the sales funnel and lead qualification processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with prospects.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead research tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with email automation and marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Outreach, Lemlist).
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
