Job Title: Lead Generator
Job Type: Full-time (Onsite, Night Shift)
Job Overview:
As a Lead Generator, your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential leads that align with our target market. You will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities by researching, contacting, and nurturing prospects to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads in the commercial real estate sector using various tools (online databases, networking events, etc.).
- Reach out to prospects via cold calling, emails, and social media to introduce [Company Name] and its services.
- Qualify leads based on their interest, budget, and decision-making capabilities.
- Build and maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Schedule meetings or presentations for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to create and refine lead generation strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and progress.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales (preferably in commercial real estate or a related field).
- Knowledge of the commercial real estate market, trends, and terminologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential clients.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in pursuing leads.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with real estate CRM platforms and lead generation tools.
- Understanding of real estate financial metrics and market analysis.
- Experience in B2B sales or client relations within real estate.
