What is your mission?

We are looking for a Client Onboarding Lead to oversee client onboarding, manage corporate projects, and strengthen engagement programs. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time and with excellence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in cross-functional collaboration, loves project coordination, and is passionate about building strong client relationships and driving organizational success.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Lead the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring smooth and timely transitions
  • Conduct orientations, track action items, and deliver progress reports
  • Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding concerns and updates
  • Gather client feedback and partner with leaders to address issues and improve satisfaction

Project Management for Corporate Initiatives

  • Oversee and execute internal and client-facing projects from planning to completion
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
  • Prepare bi-weekly project reports and escalate risks when needed

Client Retention & Risk Mitigation

  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and analyze satisfaction trends
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Executive teams to identify and resolve potential retention risks

Engagement & Events

  • Support planning and execution of client engagement programs, appreciation events, and town halls
  • Co-facilitate sessions that align with client culture and business goals
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in client onboarding, project management, or client success
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in client engagement or event management is a plus
