What is your mission?

We are looking for a dynamic IT Onboarding Specialist to coordinate and deliver a smooth technology onboarding experience for new hires. The role involves setting up user accounts, conducting remote onboarding sessions, and ensuring all systems are accessible and functional from day one. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, customer-oriented, and enjoy guiding employees through IT setups while improving onboarding processes and documentation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate IT onboarding with HR, hiring managers, and store teams
  • Set up new hire accounts, including MFA, Windows logins, email, PBX/phone, and system access
  • Conduct remote onboarding sessions via chat or call to ensure readiness on day one
  • Guide new hires through IT processes and company tools with patience and clarity
  • Track and resolve onboarding requests using RMM and ticketing systems
  • Collaborate with IT and department teams to improve workflows and documentation
  • Gather feedback to enhance the IT onboarding experience
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support, including MFA setup, Windows login, and phone configuration
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, email platforms, and remote management tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extroverted and customer-focused, enjoys guiding new hires through IT processes
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Collaborative, responsive, and detail-oriented
