Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers, ensuring efficient collaboration and resolution of any issues or conflicts that may arise.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work performed meets industry standards and project requirements.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to achieve cost-efficiency and profitability goals.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site records, change orders, and completion certificates.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and proactively implement solutions to mitigate issues and keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate project performance and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project supervision, preferably within a fit-out or interior construction company.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
  • Understanding of construction techniques, materials, and methods specific to interior fit-out projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Proven ability to anticipate issues, problem-solve, and make decisions under pressure to ensure project success.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
