Core responsibilities

  • Project management: Lead and coordinate engineering projects from planning to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
  • Team leadership: Supervise and provide technical guidance to engineering staff. This includes mentoring, training, conducting performance reviews, and managing workload and resources.
  • Technical oversight: Review and approve project designs, reports, and other deliverables to ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Process improvement: Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Stakeholder communication: Facilitate communication between the engineering team, management, other departments (like manufacturing and quality control), and external clients.
  • Reporting and analysis: Prepare and present reports on project progress, performance, and challenges to senior management. Analyze data to make recommendations for improvement.

  • Budget and resource management: Assist with budget planning, allocate resources effectively, and help manage staffing forecasts for the department.

  • Must be Licensed Civil Engineer

  • 3-5 years experience as Engineering Supervisor at Construction Field
