Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated RE+BESS Project Development Supervisor to support the development of renewable energy and energy storage system projects. In this role, you will assist in various phases of project development, from feasibility studies to project approval and stakeholder coordination. Your efforts will be crucial in ensuring project success through effective collaboration and oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the RE+BESS Manager in project feasibility and design development, including concept and design reviews.
  • Assist in coordinating detailed project design with engineering and commercial teams, tendering, and contract award processes.
  • Communicate with external consultants, suppliers, and government agencies for permits and compliance.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with milestones.
  • Contribute to project documentation, contract management, and stakeholder reports.
  • Support social and regulatory compliance activities, including securing necessary permits.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical and administrative support as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification

  • Professional: At least 5 years in related experience, with at least 2 years experience in a Battery Energy Storage System
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

  • Has prior experience developing BESS/RE Projects
  • Has prior experience handling or running HOMER or other Simulation Software.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic project environment
