We are a fit-out and construction company that prides itself on building with care, discipline, and innovation. As we take on a major residential project in Quezon City, we're looking for a
Senior Project Delivery Manager
who can lead with both technical expertise and people-centered leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle of a high-end residential fit-out, from mobilization to turnover
  • Lead and mentor site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality execution
  • Coordinate closely with designers, consultants, and clients to align project goals and expectations
  • Manage budgets, schedules, permits, and compliance with building and safety standards
  • Troubleshoot challenges onsite and drive effective, practical solutions
  • Uphold William Brothers Manila's MITIE values (Malasakit, Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation, Excellence) in all aspects of project delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect preferred
  • At least 7 years of solid experience in construction project management, with a focus on residential or fit-out projects
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • A leader who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication skills to manage both client relationships and internal coordination
