Job Opening: Risk Management and Sustainability Support Supervisor / Associate Manager

Work Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Full-Time | Onsite

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented 
Risk Management and Sustainability Support Supervisor / Associate Manager
 to join our team. The role will provide administrative and coordination support to the Risk Management and Sustainability Head, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping advance the company's risk and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Risk Management and Sustainability Head and team
  • Assist in legal billings, document management, and compliance tracking
  • Monitor sustainability performance and maintain dashboards and reports
  • Coordinate projects and work closely with external partners such as law firms and government agencies
  • Handle confidential and sensitive materials with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Office Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 
    3–5 years
     experience in a support or coordination role, preferably in legal, risk, or sustainability functions
  • Familiarity with legal processes, billing procedures, and basic compliance requirements
  • Experience in handling administrative tasks involving confidential or sensitive documents
  • Proficient in 
    Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
    , and dashboard/reporting tools

Work Setup:

  • Onsite
     – Ortigas Center, Pasig City
  • Monday to Friday schedule
