A glimpse into your new role:

  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), hiring pipeline, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Source top talent using a variety of recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics to improve processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine and enhance recruitment strategies that support organizational goals.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including both high-volume agent/administrative roles and niche positions in industries such as finance.

  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.

  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
