Recruitment Lead Management Specialist

Job Summary

The Lead Management Specialist is responsible for researching and creating leads in our system of record for the contracting process. The Lead Management Specialist works closely with the Network Development Team. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities 

• Research leads for the contracting department that are identified by multiple sources including 1099 data, out-of-network scheduling, and other sources 
• Enter recruitment leads in the system of record
• Assist with recruitment reporting as needed 
• Work on other assigned projects specified by Network Development leadership as needed 
• Consistently meet or exceed expectations for data-entry accuracy 
• Outbound calls and emails to communicate with providers 
• Other duties as assigned Qualifications 
• Excellent communication, organizational, and data-entry skills. 
• Detailed-oriented 
• Documentation, listening and phone skills. 
• Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 
• Ability to exercise discretion and professionalism in external communication
