Assistant Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager to support and lead key aspects of the recruitment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring activities, ensuring timely and effective sourcing, screening, and selection of top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers, manage recruitment teams or vendors, and contribute to strategic workforce planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus recruitment, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
- Oversee candidate communication, interview scheduling, and feedback collection.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
- Lead and mentor junior recruiters, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and future needs.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, legal guidelines, and diversity hiring practices.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with team lead exposure.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
