About the role
AUXILIA INC' is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Hotel Reservation Call Center Agent to join our team. This full-time role is based in Central Cebu City, Cebu and offers the opportunity to work from home (WFH) with a set-up provided. As a Hotel Reservation Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our hotel clients, handling bookings, inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and efficient manner.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound calls from hotel customers to assist with bookings, reservations, modifications and cancellations
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and empathetic manner
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Providing recommendations and information to customers about hotel facilities, amenities and services
- Collaborating with the hotel management team to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and booking processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
