About the role

AUXILIA INC' is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Hotel Reservation Call Center Agent to join our team. This full-time role is based in Central Cebu City, Cebu and offers the opportunity to work from home (WFH) with a set-up provided. As a Hotel Reservation Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our hotel clients, handling bookings, inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound calls from hotel customers to assist with bookings, reservations, modifications and cancellations
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Providing recommendations and information to customers about hotel facilities, amenities and services
  • Collaborating with the hotel management team to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and booking processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
