Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Specialist located in Cebu. The Reservation Specialist will be responsible for managing airline reservations, providing excellent customer service, and communicating effectively with clients. The role also includes handling sales inquiries and participating in training programs to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

-At least 2 years in College with no back subjects or SHS Grads with Diploma.

-Minimum of_ 6 months BPO voice international experience._

-College Graduates with no call center background is welcome to APPLY

-Must be amenable to work on-site.

-Can start ASAP

-Above Average English Communication Skills.
