About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to handle hotel room reservations and manage our online travel agent (OTA) listings through our channel manager. The role involves ensuring accurate rates, availability, and content across all platforms to maximize bookings and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily room reservations (phone, email, walk-ins, OTA bookings).

Coordinate with front desk and accounting to ensure accurate posting and guest details.

Update room rates, inventory, and promotions on the channel manager and all OTA platforms , Agoda, Expedia, etc.).

Monitor rate parity and booking performance across channels.

Handle guest inquiries and booking modifications or cancellations.

Prepare reports on occupancy, ADR, and booking trends.

Assist in online content management (photos, descriptions, promotions).

Qualifications:

Experience in hotel reservations or front office preferred.

Minimum 2+ years experience in hotel reservations or front office operations is required.

Familiar with channel managers (e.g., RateGain, STAAH, SiteMinder, Cloudbeds, etc.) and OTA extranets.

Hands-on experience with channel managers is essential for this role.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Organized, accurate, and comfortable with data entry.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and hotel PMS is an advantage.
