JOB SUMMARY :

The Maestro Asador is a master of the grill station, responsible for executing the art of fire and flavor with precision, passion, and authenticity. This role oversees all grilling operations— from selecting premium cuts and managing fire temperature to ensuring the perfect doneness and presentation of each dish in line with the standards.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead all grilling and roasting preparations in accordance with fine dining standards.

  2. Manage grill temperature, timing, and technique to achieve perfect cooking results for each cut or dish.

  3. Ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation of all grilled menu items.

  4. Supervise and train kitchen staff in proper grilling methods, fire management, and safety.

  5. Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development, product selection, and seasonal offerings.

  6. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the grill and kitchen area.

  7. Monitor inventory of meats, charcoals, and other grilling ingredients to ensure freshness and efficiency.

  8. Uphold kitchen discipline, precision, and attention to detail during service.

  9. Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
