Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily kitchen operations and supervise all back-of-house staff.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes.
- Develop and cost menus, including specials and seasonal offerings.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and inventory standards.
- Train, motivate, and manage kitchen team performance.
- Work closely with management to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a steakhouse, fine dining, or grill-focused restaurant.
- Culinary degree or college-level education preferred.
- Strong leadership, creativity, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of steak preparation, meat cuts, and proper grilling techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Candidate within Cebu City is preferred but not required.
