Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily kitchen operations and supervise all back-of-house staff.
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes.
  • Develop and cost menus, including specials and seasonal offerings.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and inventory standards.
  • Train, motivate, and manage kitchen team performance.
  • Work closely with management to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a steakhouse, fine dining, or grill-focused restaurant.
  • Culinary degree or college-level education preferred.
  • Strong leadership, creativity, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of steak preparation, meat cuts, and proper grilling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork.
  • Candidate within Cebu City is preferred but not required.
