Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in HR with focus on compensation and benefits; 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and payroll processes.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Management
  • Supervise and administer the company's salary structure, pay policies, and incentive schemes.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and market analysis to ensure competitiveness.
  • Manage payroll operations in coordination with Finance/Payroll team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee performance-based pay increases, annual merit reviews, and bonus programs.
Benefits Administration
  • Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, leave management, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and company-initiated perks.
  • Review and recommend improvements in employee benefits to enhance retention and engagement.
  • Handle relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and third-party providers.
Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on compensation trends, payroll costs, and benefits utilization.
  • Support internal and external audits related to HR compensation and benefits.
Employee Relations & Support
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and payroll.
  • Educate employees on compensation and benefits policies through orientations, FAQs, and training.
  • Provide guidance to HR staff regarding compensation and benefits processes.
