The Business Solutions Associate is responsible of developing and presenting proposals, conceptualizing business solutions and closing client sales (focused on trade event marketing, hybrid, virtual and in-person/face-to-face events) by seeking and pursuing various companies, organizations, and associations.

Summary

As we expand our team and capabilities, we are looking for feisty Business Solutions Officer/Manager to join our team to manage a portfolio of clients and ensuring the smooth execution of our campaigns & projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; building and maintaining strong relationships by understanding client needs and proposing suitable solutions while also identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.
  • Lead the development of pitches, proposals, IMC campaigns and other projects while collaborating & ideating with other internal teams.
  • Develop and execute campaigns & projects that meet client objectives and budget requirements - including research, planning, strategizing, content development, and other related field work.
  • Look for and work with external vendors and partners to execute all requirements of the client are and ensure that all their expectations are met or exceeded
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure that all requirements are delivered on-time and within budget - including the creation of project quotations, cost estimates, work plans, and other project documents.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Management, Entrepreneurship, HRM or any related course
  • Strong account and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of creative, advertising, and marketing principles and trends
  • Past experiences at an advertising, creative, digital, media or any related agency is a plus
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, design software, and creative copywriting is a plus
  • Speaking (and reading) mandarin is a plus
