JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Business Development Associate, who will take the lead in sourcing, onboarding, and building partnerships with individual service providers and companies. This role is ideal for someone who is results-driven, persuasive, and passionate about relationship building.

You'll represent GoodWork in the field reaching out to freelancers, companies, and property administrators (such as condominiums or real estate groups) to expand our partner network, increase service provider sign-ups, and boost customer acquisition through strategic partnerships.

  • Source and recruit new service providers (freelancers and companies) across all service categories.
  • Conduct field visits to service hubs, local businesses, or industry communities to
  • generate leads and onboard partners.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified service provider applicants.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with potential B2B partners.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with condominiums, property management firms, and corporate offices to promote GoodWork's services.
  • Initiate collaborations that drive customer acquisition and service awareness.
  • Track leads, partnerships, and performance using internal tools.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding partnership progress and field activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets for both individual and company
  • partners.
  • Work closely with Operations and Marketing teams to plan co-marketing activities or partnership campaigns.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales (preferably in the services, tech, or property sector).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Experience in fieldwork or on-ground sourcing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the real property management or home services industry is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or on the field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Familiarity with digital sourcing platforms is an advantage.
