Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic Commission-Based Sales Representatives to join our Referral Program. In this role, you will engage prospects, present FiLDEV's solutions, and close sales—earning a very competitive commission structure. This opportunity is perfect for independent, results-driven IT sales/business development professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospects through various channels to promote FiLDEV's offerings.
  • Conduct tailored sales presentations and close deals.
  • Utilize provided leads and proactively source your own.
  • Track and maintain accurate referral records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT, SaaS, or BPO sales roles is a big plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
