This includes owning and driving the roadmap for AI and data-related products, collaborating with business stakeholders, and handling vendor relationships. The role requires a balance of technical understanding and good eye for business, with a focus on delivering value through innovation, governance, and operational excellence.What You Will DoCapability ManagementIdentify and improve digital capabilities aligned with business needs.Collaborate with global and regional teams to reuse and deploy existing solutions.Support the development and localization of regional and global tools.System RolloutsAssist in the planning and execution of centralized system rollouts across markets.Share learnings and best practices with other regions to accelerate adoption.Product Ownership & Vendor ManagementOwn and drive the roadmap for AI and data products (e.g., Terra, Pop, Colab).Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical vendors.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and improvements with vendors.Low-Code Development & IntegrationUse low-code tools to deliver short-term solutions.Leverage APIs to enhance integration and user experience.Service Delivery & ContinuityEnsure stable and compliant operation of D&IT applications.Manage incidents, problems, and service improvements.Deliver training and support to business users.Regional Operations & GovernanceManage application portfolios and support project execution.Ensure alignment with corporate standards and governance frameworks.Monitor and optimize budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and risk reduction.InnovationExplore new technologies and trends to improve business models and operations.Actively contribute to innovation discussions and initiatives.Must-Have QualificationsWho we are looking forEducation Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.ExperienceAt least 3 years in a role involving product management, business analysis, or project management—preferably in data or AI-related projects.Experience working with multi-functional teams and managing external vendors.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).Technical SkillsProficiency in Azure (preferred) or AWS.Experience with Azure Data Factory or similar cloud-based ETL tools.Solid skills in SQL and Python Notebooks.Understanding of data platforms (e.g., Data Lake, Data Warehouse).Soft SkillsGood communication and stakeholder management skills.Strategic problem solver with a sense of ownership and urgency.Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented.Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally.Language Comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written, in a professional settingNice-to-Have QualificationsMaster's degree in a related field.Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, PySpark).Experience working in geographically distributed teams.Exposure to low-code tools and API integrations.Creative and innovative attitude with the ability to challenge the status quo.Are you ready to join us?
