Offboarding and Reports Assistant

The position maintains the quality and consistency of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) database information. Ensures that personnel actions are in compliance with current Human Resource policies and guidelines.
- Monitoring and updating of employees data/records based on extension of contract, end of contract, changes in personal information, update in employment record, and the like.
- Encodes new employee's data in the HRIS
- Consolidates and prepares demographics report monthly
- Maintains, monitors and updates employees' 201 files
- Prepares government mandated monthly reports for new employees (SSS, Philhealth, BIR)
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any Business and HR-related course
- Keen to details
- Proficient to MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT)
- Proficient to Google Suite (Sheets and Slides)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
