Role Summary
The Recruitment Assistant provides critical support across the talent acquisition lifecycle and HR administration, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures for all new hires and employee documentation.
Core Responsibilities (Tasks)The selected candidate will be responsible for the following key functions:
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial paper screening of candidate applications and resumes.
- Scheduling: Efficiently manage and schedule all candidate interviews.
- Data Management: Maintain the candidate database and prepare essential hiring reports.
- Onboarding: Prepare new hire kits and ensure the accurate collection of pre-employment requirements.
- Documentation: Prepare and meticulously manage new employee 201 files.
- Event Support: Provide administrative support for internal employee events.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in a comparable administrative or HR support position.
- Communication: Demonstrated clear and professional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organization: Proven competency in time management, prioritization, and scheduling complex tasks.
- Analytical: Capability to assess candidate qualifications and evaluate basic recruitment metrics.
- Detail-Orientation: Commitment to accuracy in file management and data processing.
- Technology: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and HR/recruitment software.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Familiarity with modern candidate sourcing and recruiting techniques.
