About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised HR Assistant to join the dynamic HR team at Siccion Holdings Inc. This full-time role will be based in our Cubao, Quezon City office, where you will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing HR-related paperwork, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinating training and development activities, such as booking venues, organising catering, and preparing training materials
- Assisting with the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events
- Handling employee inquiries and providing general HR-related information and guidance
- Supporting the HR team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
What we're looking for
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR assistant role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
