Ecolab is seeking a District Manager to join our EcoSure Division, an industry leader in brand protection programs, to drive operational excellence and help our clients grow their business. In this position you will lead and develop a team, that varies in size and scope by market, of high performing associates who provide best-in-class, comprehensive on-site visits, and provide teaching and coaching to help our clients maintain the highest standards. What You Will Do:
· Effectively manage a blended model of Full Time, Contingent, and Independent Contractors, (Brand Protection Advisors) while ensuring the delivery of the teams weekly, monthly, and annual productivity, efficiency, and expense goals
· Successfully hire, train and develop high performing Brand Protection Advisors
· Ensure the team maintains a high level of client satisfaction and is meeting client deadlines
· Provide ongoing calibration coaching to Brand Protection Advisors through face-to-face visits and coaching conversations
· Conduct visits at client locations, to assess guest experience, brand standards, public health, food safety, product quality and workplace safety
· Partner with other EcoSure functions to solve client challenges and assist in new program rollouts
· Lead and engage with other Ecolab divisions to represent EcoSure throughout the market and grow the EcoSure business by providing industry leading comprehensive solutions that help our clients succeed
· Provide regional client support to maximize the value of the EcoSure brand protection programs
· Work with other EcoSure functions to plan and implement programs to drive field calibration and execution
· Leverage business reporting to hold team accountable to defined metrics
· Grow and retain the client base within your district through management and delivery of premier client service and sales initiatives
· Create an environment that promotes and strengthens a diverse, inclusive and engaged culture
· Perform work in a safe manner and drive a culture of safety and wellness
Position Details:
· Candidate must reside within 30 Miles of Manila, Philippines
· Percent of overnight travel required: Up to 50%
· You will be required to be around, touch and potentially consume food made from or with animal products. Additionally, you will be required to be around, touch and potentially consume food made from or with the top allergens.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in the hospitality industry
· Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
· Willing and able to travel overnight for business
· No immigration sponsorship available for this opportunity
· Willingness to complete operational assessments within nursing homes, assisted living, and senior living facilities by interacting with staff and residents while adhering to local guidelines
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
· 2-5 years of experience in training, development and/or field management
· Business management experience including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership and coordination of people and resources
· Ability to drive results that will impact the bottom line
· Previous business to business sales experience
· Advanced degree in hospitality, food science or related field
· Teaching or coaching experience, preferably in a hospitality field
· Ability to work well under pressure and work efficiently against deadlines
· Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
· Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills
Position Requirement:
· Home office with internet access
Physical Demands:
· Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
· Ability to inspect client playgrounds by climbing, crawling in tight areas and going down tube slides
· Bending, squatting, shifting and adjusting movement to assess areas low to the ground and above the head
· Standing and walking for extended periods of time in client locations
· Driving/flying to client locations as needed
