About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the customer service team at AUXILIA INC' as an Optus Airline Account Non-Voice Representative. In this full-time role based in Cebu City, Cebu, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Optus Airline clients through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and social media channels
  2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers about Optus Airline products and services
  3. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor as needed
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on open cases
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  2. Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
  3. Familiarity with customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role, although newbies are welcome
  6. A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
