About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Non Voice Account Agents at our AUXILIA INC' call centre in Central Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to our clients through non-voice communication channels such as email, chat, and social media.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through non-voice communication channels
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers
- Identifying and addressing customer concerns, and escalating complex issues as needed
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in written English and the ability to communicate effectively in a non-voice environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with various software applications
- Customer service or call centre experience is preferred, but we welcome applications from enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a desire to learn
