Airline Specialist - Open Salary

Location: Cebu IT Park, Lahug, Cebu

Night shift/Shifting - Onsite

LOB: Voice - Airlines/Travel

About the role:

As an Airline Specialist you will:

  • Handle flight bookings, changes, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist passengers with travel inquiries, policies, and special service requests
  • Ensure excellent customer experience by resolving issues and providing timely support

What we are looking for:

  • at least 6 months BPO experience (voice and international)
  • SHS/College Graduates or Undergraduates (at least 2 years for Old Curriculum Graduates)
  • Amenable to work ASAP this December at Cebu IT Park (onsite)
  • Preferably located in Cebu City
