About the role

Kura Cafe' is seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our team in our General Trias City, Cavite office. This is a full-time position, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist with the administration of HR processes, including employee onboarding, payroll, scheduling coordinator and benefits management
  2. Provide support in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including coordinating interviews and screening applications
  3. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  4. Assist with the coordination of employee training and development initiatives
  5. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
  6. Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to enhance the employee experience

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR Assistant role
  2. Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels
  4. Proficiency in using Google drive (docs, excel etc) and Microsoft Office suite
  5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  6. A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  7. Knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws in the Philippines
