We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Admin Assistant to support our HR team in day-to-day operations. This role will involve administrative tasks related to recruitment, employee records, benefits processing, and general HR support. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking.

Maintain and organize employee records and HR documents.

Support compensation and benefits administration, including processing payroll-related paperwork.

Help coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions.

Prepare and manage HR reports and compliance documents.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in HR or administrative support is a plus but not required.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
