Job Summary:

The HR Associate is directly reported to the "Store Manager" and HRD "Section Officer/Manager" who is responsible in the end-to-end recruitment process of the store, assist in timekeeping or checking of DTR, prepare documents for NTE and disciplinary action and coordinate to Department Officer. Prepare reports related to the scope and assist other employee concerns within the store.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, screening and interview of applicants.
  • Facilitate pre-employment forms.
  • Facilitate pre-employment examinations.
  • Check and verify pre-employment requirements.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation program.
  • Coordination of training to Operations & Training Section.
  • Monitoring of employee performance evaluation.
  • Prepare documents for disciplinary action and coordinate to Department Officer/Manager.
  • Prepare reports related to recruitment, timekeeping and employee relations.
  • Assist other concerns in the store related to human resources.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in BSBA major in Human Resources, BS Psychology or any related field
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • HR experience in retail industry is an advantage
  • Willing to work 6days/week
  • Willing to work during holidays
  • Willing to render rest day during week days
  • Willing to be assigned at Store Branch Back-Office
