What We're Looking For


Our client is looking for a well-rounded and proactive HR Generalist with at least 2 years of experience to support their growing team. This role will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, records management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and has a solid foundation in Philippine labor law and HR best practices.


Client Overview

A Philippine-based ICT solutions provider offering services in software development, cloud integration, cybersecurity, and IT support. With a strong presence nationwide, they help businesses streamline operations through innovative and reliable tech solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the full cycle of recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with the finance or external payroll provider.
  • Address day-to-day employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Assist in performance management initiatives and documentation.
  • Help implement employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and documentation for internal use or government compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
