About Us

We are a growing staffing company specializing in placing top talent across multiple industries. Our team is fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven. We're looking for an experienced Remote Recruiter who can manage full-cycle recruiting and consistently deliver qualified candidates to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and ATS databases
  • Conduct phone/video interviews and evaluate candidate fit
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
  • Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter in a staffing or agency environment
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting in specific industries (e.g., healthcare, IT, light industrial, finance, etc.)
  • High-volume recruiting experience
  • Metrics-driven mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php Php600.00 per hour
