Job Summary

The Recruitment Associate Consultant is responsible for managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while actively supporting business development initiatives. This role combines talent acquisition and revenue generation, requiring a results-driven professional who is comfortable working with revenue targets, client acquisition, and account management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, consultative environment and is motivated by both recruitment success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements, business needs, and hiring timelines
  • Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and headhunting
  • Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records using ATS or CRM systems
  • Ensure a positive candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process

Business Development & Client Management

  • Support business development initiatives by assisting with lead research, client outreach, and relationship management activities
  • Help identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and recommend appropriate recruitment solutions
  • Support senior consultants or managers during client presentations, pitches, and discussions related to recruitment services
  • Contribute to achieving team revenue targets by supporting placement delivery, client coordination, and account servicing
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, service agreements, recruitment reports, and other client-related documentation

Performance & Revenue Accountability

  • Achieve individual and team recruitment KPIs, including placements, turnaround time, and revenue targets
  • Track recruitment performance and contribute to forecasting and pipeline management
  • Demonstrate accountability for billing, invoicing coordination, and placement fees

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
  • Proven experience or strong exposure to business development, sales, or client-facing roles
  • Comfortable working with revenue targets, commissions, and performance-based incentives
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Results-oriented, resilient, and motivated by targets and incentives
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment systems (ATS/CRM)
