HR Assistant/Recruiter

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR functions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
Working Hours: 07:00AM -04:00 PM Central Standard time and Eastern time.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
· Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to source qualified candidates.
· Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for available positions.
· Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, colleges, and industry organizations to enhance candidate pipelines.
· Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
· Must have a proven experience in the USA, UK, Australia recruitment.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· Has sales experience or cold calling experience
· Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
· High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
· Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for connecting with people
