Budget: $7/hr - $10/hr

Shift Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM PST

Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager / IT Project Manager / Technical Project Manager who will manage multiple software development projects and act as the main point of contact for clients. You will ensure scope clarity, milestones, communication, and delivery alignment.

This role also supports business development and lead generation efforts, including proposal writing, LinkedIn outreach, cold email coordination, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for SaaS and software development projects
  • Serve as the primary contact for client communication and relationship management
  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and workflows
  • Use project management tools such as , Jira, Slack, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and maintain status reporting
  • Lead client meetings, gather requirements, and ensure expectation alignment
  • Assist in writing and preparing client proposals, SOWs, and estimates
  • Contribute to lead generation campaigns such as LinkedIn outreach, CRM updates, and cold emailing
  • Maintain clear documentation and continuously improve internal processes and SOPs

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Project Manager or IT Project Manager in a SaaS or software development environment
  • Strong client management and stakeholder communication expertise
  • Proven experience in writing or assisting with client proposals
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with strong presentation ability
  • Proficiency with project and collaboration tools , Jira, Slack, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to multitask across numerous clients and evolving requirements
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving project success
  • Strong professional presence, empathy, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint-based development
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Apollo)
  • Understanding of SaaS architecture, software development lifecycle, APIs, and integrations
  • Experience in workflow optimization, SOP development, and process improvement
