Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive human resources support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Collaborating with managers and employees to address HR-related inquiries and concerns
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Contributing to the planning and execution of HR initiatives, such as training and development programs
  • Participating in the company's strategic HR planning to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
  • A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Collaborating with managers and employees to address HR-related inquiries and concerns
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Contributing to the planning and execution of HR initiatives, such as training and development programs
  • Participating in the company's strategic HR planning to support the overall business objectives
  • Working Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Working location: Panay Ave., Quezon City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22,000.00 per month
